We started out with a simple idea - help people get access to digital copies of their high quality photographs clicked by proffessionals at live events instantly. We know that todat people loved to share their memories on social media, so such a product will drive customer delight and event engagemnt.
As our MVP, we built a tech stack that included a clip on hardware for the DSLR camera that enabled connection to cloud, a facial recognition engine on the cloud and a robust backend to send the matched photos of registered event attendees straight to their whatsapp in less than a minute.
While the customer delight part of our solution was great, we struggled with ways to monetize and due to that we leaned towards building services for photographers who were our primary stakeholders.
